| 内容記述 | システム・テストとは、システム自身が製品目標との間に不一致があるかどうかを発見するプロセスである。したがって、システムとしての機能、性能、操作性などについて、特にユーザー視点を意識しながら、その妥当性確認(alidatio)の立場からテストを行い、評価を行うことが基本となる。しかし、システム・テストが最も困難なテスト過程である理由は、その主要目的に対して、テスト設計手法が知られていないことである。今回、システム・テストを計画するに当たって、その主要目的をできるかぎり達成させるために、ソフトウェアを評価するための品質モデルの応用を検討し、その外部的な品質特性に基づいてシステム・テストを設計し、実施した。本稿では、その品質特性を利用した設計方法を紹介するとともに、その効用および課題についての考察を述べるものである。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper describes system test design technique based on the quality characteristics for the evaluation of software quality. System testing is a process to find or rule out gaps between users' requirements and programs from such user's standpoints as functionality, performance and so forth to end up with validation assuring the software is solving the right problem. With the view of making up for the blindness to achieve the objectives, we have come up with a technique that involves breaking programming objectives down into some pieces by means of quality characteristics, followed by putting some of them together considering testability and test efficiency. This technique counted for a great deal in terms of putting miscellaneous aspects on user requirements in clean-cut order, suggesting what should be tested as well as how the program should be evaluated. | |||||||
