| 内容記述 | 今日の情報システムは単に業務の自動化、効率化を目指したものではなく、経営戦略を実践に移す際の有効かつ不可欠な手段である。いかに経営戦略に適応した情報システムを構築するかは、今や企業にとって大きな課題であり、競争優位性を保つための重要なポイントとなっている。METHOD/1はこのような背景を踏まえた高品質な情報シネテムをスケジュール通りに、予算内で構築する方法、手順、技法を明確化したトップダウンアプローチ型の体系的システム化方法論である。本報告では、METHOD/1の構成と主な特徴を概説するとともに、筆者の経験より、システム化方法論を実践に生かすために重要と思われるポイントを述べた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | With the explosion of the information industry, there are many new ideas about how information should be captured, presented, and used. Many organizations are facing the challenge to determine how to capitalize most effectively on their information resource. A proven methodology is a key component of the answer to this challenge. Method/1 provides and accumulation of the successful information systems experiences and proven research while steering the project away from pitfalls. This paper describes the key features of METHOD/1, a highly automated and structured systems development methodology. | |||||||
