| 内容記述 | 法律文の言語モデルを示し、それにより法律文が持つ言語情報と論理情報の両方を共に記述する表現枠組を述べる。さらに、それらを法律文の計算機処理に応用する。法律文には構文的、意味的に制限されて用いられる語や句が多く存在する。これらを考慮すれば法律文に関する制限言語を定義することが可能となる。法律は対象や事象の間の関連を明確に定義するものであるから、法律文の意味表現のベースとして論理表現を採用する。これらより、法律文の表現枠組は、言語情報と論理情報の両方を表現できるものでなければならない。ここで述べる素性論理構造表現はそれらの要求を満たすものである。この表現枠組は、法律の知識ベースを構築し、判例の推論を機械化することへの応用をも意図したものである。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper presents a linguistic model of law sentences and then proposes a representative framework for encoding both linguistic and logical information in terms of the linguistic model. It also concerns a computer processing strategy which analyzes law sentences and then describes their contents by means of the representative framework. Some words and phrases appeared in law sentences are limited in both usage and meaning, which enables us to define a control language. Law defines clear relationships between objects and events, which encourages us to adopt a logical approach to representing the meaning of law sentences. Thus, the representative framework has to provide facilities for describing both linguistic and logical relationships. A feature and logical structure representation scheme to be proposed here is a framework satisfying those requirements. The representative framework is also intended to be applied for constructing a law knowledge-base and then for reasoning whether an action or event is good law. | |||||||
