| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、ラグビー日本選手権で7連覇を遂げた神戸製鋼ラグビーチームを事例にして、非管理型の自己組織化がどのような条件の下になされるかを分析することにある。自己組織化の条件として、1)個の発想を優先すること、2)ゆらぎを秩序の源泉とみなすこと、3)不均衡ないし混沌を排除しないこと、4)コントロール・センターを認めないこと、の4つがとりあげられる。これらの条件にかんし、既存の資料を用いて、神戸製鋼チームがどのように取り組んできたかを明らかし、非管理型の自己組織化を実証的にあとづけることで、スポーツ界だけでなく一般の組織ひいては社会システムにおける自己変革過程の具体像を探求する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The objective of this research is to explore the conditions and process of anti-control type of self-organization through analyzing the history of the Kobe-Steel Rugby team that has established the great achievement of seven successive victories in a Japan Rugby Championship. I will take up four conditions for self-organization; (1) conception of an individuality is given top priority, (2) fluctuation is regarded as the source of order, (3) chaos or nonequilibrium state is not rejected, (4) existence of a control center is not allowed, and clarify the nature and process of self-organization that Kobe-Steel has tackled. Through this empirical working, I will explore the concrete image of self-organization process in wider perspective of social systems. | |||||||
