| 内容記述 | ケアサービスの質の向上にはケアニーズを的確に把握するためのノウハウ情報が重要な要素である．我々はケアプラン策定過程のノウハウ情報共有システムを開発した．我々は熟達者が策定したケアプランを様々な形態で可視化し，初心者がこれらを観察，比較することにより熟達者との違いに気づくことを通して，ノウハウ情報を表出・共有させる方法を提案する．気づきを記録，蓄積し，参照させることで，ノウハウ情報を共有することができる．気づきを促進させるために熟達者がアセスメント結果を読み取った文書間の差異に基づいて，各文書を2次元に配置して可視化した．可視化することによりノウハウ情報表出・共有を支援する．ケアの現場において2年間試用した結果から，本システムがノウハウ情報の表出・共有に有効であることが確認された．さらに，ノウハウ情報の表出・共有により個人の能力の向上とともに組織の成長や活性化の可能性が確認された． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The know-how information for grasping care needs exactly for improvement in the quality of care service is one of the most important factors. We have developed a know-how information sharing system for care planning processes. As a method of externalizing and sharing the know-how information, we propose that visualize and observe care plans drawn up by skillfull persons in various forms that allow beginners to notice the differences between novice plans and skillfull persons' plans. Sharing know-how information is possible by recording, accumulating, and referring what has been noticed when comparing documents. This system can map and visualize each document into a two-dimension based on the differences among documents that perceived the assessment results. Externalization and sharing of know-how information are supported by visualization. From the results of trial in the care facility, we confirmed that this system was effective in the externalization and sharing of know-how information. Improvement in individual capability, and growth of an organization and the possibility of activation were confirmed by using this system. | |||||||
