| 内容記述 | 復興庁職員によるツイッターでの不適切発言事案が発生したことから，総務省は，同様の事案の再発防止を期する観点から、各府省庁等に対して職員の服務規律の徹底を求めるとともに、「国家公務員のソーシャルメディアの私的利用に当たっての留意点」 を取りまとめ、各府省庁等に対して、これを参考に職員への周知徹底を行うほか、必要に応じて、内規の制定、研修の実施等を行うよう求めている。本発表では，同取りまとめの意義を，具体的事例を交えて解説するとともに，その影響等につき考察する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Followed by the careless tweet case by the official of Reconstruction Agency, Government of Japan, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Government of Japan (MIC) announced government agencies for the compliance of rules for officials and published “Points for attention for personal use of social media by government officials”. MIC required government agencies to refer this “Points”, set internal rules and have in-house trainings. This paper examines the “Points” with cases and considers the impact of it. | |||||||
