| 内容記述 | 本稿では，自由化された電力市場において需要と供給の不均衡を調整し，電力供給者と購入者間の最適なマッチングを構成することを目指す．そのために，グラフ理論を基にした手法であるネットワークフローとマッチングマーケットの概念を利用し，適正な電力価格を決定するためのアルゴリズムについて考える．本研究のねらいは，すべての電力購入者は各々が持つ需要に等しい量の電力を購入することができ，どの電力供給者も自身の供給制限を超過することなく電力供給を行えるようなマッチングを構成することにある．さらに，社会厚生という概念について考慮し，電力市場参加者全体の効用を最大化することも検討する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper proposes an optimal many-to-one matching algorithm between sellers and buyers in deregulated electricity markets that can deal with limited amount of supply. Our matching algorithm aspires safe supply of electricity and maximization of social welfare, which indicates satisfaction of overall participants in the markets. In order to satisfy these goals, the matching mechanism is developed based on the concept of maximum flow problem in graph theory. Additionally, the piled knowledge in the field of mathematical economics about matching in markets is also applied into design of this algorithm. | |||||||
