| 内容記述 | 本研究では，睡眠不足の原因の一つである不安に対し，ユーザへの安心感を与えることを目的とした「ZZZoo Pillows」を提案する．本システムは，抱き枕に内蔵した風船に空気を送り込むことで，呼吸する人間の胸部のように膨張と収縮を行い，抱き枕内に温水を循環させることで，人と添い寝しているような温もりを提示する．また，重ねたゴムの間に空気を流し振動させることで，いびきのような音を発生させる．これによりユーザの情緒の安定や安心感を与えることを狙う．アンケート調査の結果，ユーザの主観評価では，本システムのように抱き枕が人の呼吸や体温を提示することで睡眠を誘発すると感じていた． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we developed the ZZZoo Pillows with the aim of providing users with a sense of ease to alleviate anxiety, which is one cause of sleep deprivation. The balloon built into this system is able to reproduce the sensation of a human breathing by repeatedly expanding and contracting similar to how a human chest does during breathing. Further, it is also possible to reproduce the warmth of a person’s body with this system because of a hose that runs around the inside of the huggable pillow through which warm water is circulated. In addition, a snoring noise is produced by passing compressed air through a layer of rubber to create vibration. According to the results of the survey, the subjective evaluation of the users was that they felt that reproducing a person’s breathing and body temperature would induce sleep. | |||||||
