| 内容記述 | 今後急速に普及することが見込まれる 3D プリンタにおいては、様々な問題が発生することが考えられる。例えば、銃火器のような危険物の製造、硬貨の偽造、知的財産の侵害、肖像権、その他の問題である。しかしながら、産業構造だけでなく日常生活をも劇的に変えうるこの技術の普及の影響に関してはほとんど考察されていない。そこで本稿では、それらに伴う法律問題にどのようなものがあるかをまず列挙し、いずれ本格的に施策を講じなければならい時のための予備的考察をし、対応策の提言として、印刷原料の規制を提言する。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Future, 3D printer will develop rapidly. Therefore, at the same time, We can be considered that various problems occur. For example, it is a problem that the production of hazardous materials such as firearms, counterfeiting of coins, infringement of intellectual property, and, such as portrait rights. However, it has not been considered almost on the effects of diffusion of this technique that would change dramatically even everyday life as well as industrial structures. On this paper, first preliminary study what is available to those legal issues associated with them. In addition, it was a preliminary discussion for real-time measures. And, as of a workaround, to propose the regulation of print material. | |||||||
