| 内容記述 | 第 125 回情報システムと社会環境研究発表会において、「「電子政府」 の変遷に見る社会環境と政府の情報システムの相互関連」 と題する研究発表を行った。この研究発表では、「電子政府」 が意味してきた取組みについて日本の事例を振り返ることによって、政府の利活用する情報システムが社会環境によってその内容を規定されてきたことを示した。現在、電子政府に関する最新の動向として、オープンガバメント・オープンデータの推進があげられる。このオープンガバメントやオープンデータの推進にあっても、政府と社会環境の相互作用の中で、新たな取り組みが生み出されている。本発表では、自治体広報紙に関するオープンデータの推進に関する実証実験など具体的な事例を取り上げながら、「電子政府」 が示すところの意味の変遷と今後の展望について検討したい。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In the 125th information system and social environmental meeting for presenting research papers, I performed the presentation of the results of the study entitled "Interconnectedness between Social Environment and Information System of the Government Considering from a Change of Meaning of "the Electronic Government"". In that study, it looked back on a Japanese example about the change of the meaning of "e-government", and shows that the information system of the government has been prescribed in social environment. The latest trends about the electronic government include the promotion of open government and open data. By the promotion of this open government and open data, a new action is brought about through the government and social environmental interaction. In this study, it introduces the concrete example including the proof experiment about the promotion of the open data about the local government public information paper and examines the change of the meaning of the place that "electronic government" shows and the future prospects. | |||||||
