| 内容記述 | 現在，母国語が異なる人々の間で討論が行われる機会が増加している．母国語が異なる人々の間での討論では共通言語を用いることが多いが，非母国語話者は十分な討論ができない．また，会議やパネルディスカッションなどで行われる討論では，実時間で進行している討論をリアルタイムに支援する必要がある．そこで，共通言語を用いた会議において，使用する共通言語が母国語でない利用者の支援を目的として，対面型会議支援システム PaneLive の開発を行った．本論文では，共通言語を日本語として行った 2 つの会議支援実験から次の知見を得た．(1) 利用者の母国語と共通言語とを同時に閲覧可能にすることで，討論内容の理解度が向上する．(2) 辞書登録や指定単語の不翻訳機能により，討論内容の理解度の向上に一定の効果がある．(3) 後追い翻訳機能を中心とした入力補助機能によって，文章投稿時間が短縮する．ただし，編集者を補助する人物が必要である． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, the opportunity of discussion among people whose native language are different increases. A common language is often used in the discussion among people with a different native language. However, non-native language users do not discuss enough. Moreover, a system should support in real time the discussion of a conference and a panel discussion. Therefore, we have developed a face-to-face conference support system, named PaneLive, for users whose native language is not the common language in a discussion. From the results of two conferences, we obtained the following findings. (1) Non native users can understand the content of the discussion well to provide the contents of the discussion in user’s native language and common language at the same time. (2) The specified-word untranslation function and dictionary registration function has a effect in the improvement of the understanding level of the content of the discussion. (3) Chasing translation can shorten the sentence contribution time. However, the person who assists the editor is necessary. | |||||||
