嚥下障害を有する患者にとって，頸部や肩甲帯・体幹の姿勢を変化・保持させることは重要である．病院ではベッド上で食事をすることもあり，体力の低下した高齢者では不安定なベッド上では姿勢が崩れやすく，嚥下が行いにくくなる．そこで，当院で入院している患者を対象に頸部・肩甲帯の位置関係が嚥下障害に及ぼす影響を調査し，頸部・肩甲帯を同時に調整できる嚥下補助装具を作成したため報告する． |

It is important for patients with dysphagia to change posture of the neck, shoulder girdle, and trunk. Because inpatients sometimes need to eat a meal on the bed, elderly inpatients with decreased physical fitness are forced to swallow with a bad posture on an unstable bed. In this study, we investigated the effect of the neck and shoulder girdle alignment on dysphagia for inpatients in our hospital, and developed the swallowing assistive orthosis that can be adjusted on the neck and shoulder girdle. |
