2015 年 12 月現在，国内のパチンコ遊技機市場は規制のあおりを受け遊技者人口が減少している現状である．しかし今後国内のカジノ関連法案が成立し，新しい市場が開放され，カジノ遊技機の開発，販売が起こるだろう．その中でもカジノ遊技機を製造しようと目指す企業は従来のパチンコ・スロット遊技機の開発企業である．現在パチンコ遊技機は版権が多数使用されており，カジノの分野では盛んに使われていない．本研究では，カジノの産業発展の歴史を考察しながら日本における文化的要素も鑑みて，日本におけるカジノで版権利用のビジネスの可能性を模索する． |

As of December 2015, the number of players in the Japanese domestic pachinko market has been decreasing affected by change regulations. However, we assume that once the Integrated Resorts gaming bill is approved and the door to the new market is opened, development and sales of casino machines will start. Those who aim to produce casino machines are likely to be the companies who have developed the conventional pachinko slot machines. Currently, licensing of copyrights is very common in the pachinko machine industry, however it is not yet common for the casino industry. In this paper, we research the possibilities of licensing in the Japanese domestic casino industry by studying the development history of the casino industry and Japanese cultural factors. |
