アンケートのデジタル化によって，一度に大量の回答を得られるようになり，データの代表性を比較的容易に保証することができるようになった．しかし，回答の対価として報酬を付与する一般的な依頼構造において，回答者が可能な限り速くアンケートを終了して対価を得ようとする行動が問題として挙げられる．この姿勢は努力の最小限化（Satisficing）と呼ばれ，結果の信頼性を損ねる可能性がある．そこで本研究では，Satisficing を検出するための指標を検討し，それを取得するシステムを開発した．回答時の迷い等がタッチジェスチャーに表出するという仮説を立て，スクロール量や質問単位の回答時間，選択肢の変更等を時系列データとして記録する．本システムは，導入のために回答者側に追加のソフトをインストールする必要がないように設計した．本システムを用いて評価実験を行い，得られたデータの有用性を確認した結果について報告する． |

Digitalization of surveys enable us to collect many answers at one time and to ensure representativeness easily. However, the responders sometimes aim to finish the survey as fast as possible because the motivation of participation is to get a reward. This attitude is called “satisficing.” It means that the collected answer includes meaningless information. Therefore, we propose a system to detect satisficing in online survey by monitoring the responder's operations. The advantage of our system does not require any additional software installation to responders. |
