スマートフォンの普及により子ども達は低年齢からインターネットにいつでも繋がることができる状況にある．報告者らは IAT（Internet Addiction Test）をもとに SNS とゲームに特化した SGAT（SNS Game Addiction Test）を作成し，テストを行うことで自身の SNS やゲームのしすぎを自覚させることができるかを調査した．本報告ではその調査概要の報告と，香川県で 2020 年 3 月に制定された「ネット・ゲーム依存症対策条例」に対するパブリックコメントやネットを中心とした批判について考察する． |

With the spread of smartphones, children can access the Internet anytime from a young age. In this report, SGAT (SNS Game Addiction Test) specialized for SNS and games was created based on IAT (Internet Addiction Test). Then, we investigated whether SGAT could make the participants aware of overuse of SNS and games. In this report, we will discuss the summary of the survey, and the public comments and criticisms on the Internet about the “Ordinance for Countermeasures against Game and Network Addiction” established at March 2020 in Kagawa Prefecture. |
