本研究では，Gale and Shapley (1962)によって提案されたDeferred Acceptance（DA）メカニズムによるマッチングを実現する選好提出システムの設計・構築を行った．選好提出システムは大学の学部など小規模な組織でも運用されることがあり，本研究では多くの組織で容易に導入できるシステムを目的としてオープンソースウェアの経済実験支援ツールであるoTree（Chen et al. (2016)）を応用した．システムを筑波大学社会工学類の研究室配属で運用した結果を報告し，配属マッチングを実施する際の（理論上仮定されている/考慮されていない）実務上の留意点および将来の課題についても言及する． |

We report on the design and development of a preference-gathering system for the Deferred Acceptance (DA) mechanism proposed by Gale and Shapley (1962). The system is built upon oTree (Chen et al. (2016)), an open source platform for economic experiments, and aims to allow various organizations to easily manage a preference-gathering process, including a small group of administrators, e.g., a university department. Through an adoption of the system for the student-supervisor matching in the department of Policy and Planning Sciences in University of Tsukuba, we also report practical challenges of the matching process, which are not addressed in theoretical studies. |
