| 内容記述 | 近年，多くの大学で研究における倫理審査が導入されてきているが，内輪での非公開の審査にとどまっており，倫理面への配慮よりもアリバイ証明としての側面が強くなっているとの批判がある．同時に，複雑化する情報社会では潜在的な倫理面の問題に対応できる研究倫理審査に期待される役割も高まってきている．本稿では，倫理審査に関する先行研究を概観したうえで，現行の倫理審査や倫理審査委員会がかかえる課題について整理した．さらに，情報社会学分野で近年倫理面での問題が注目された事例を取り上げ，倫理審査が与える影響について検討した．最後に，倫理審査委員会3000個問題とも呼ぶべき現状に対して，2つの観点から解決策を提案する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Many universities have introduced ethics review in research in recent years. However, it has been criticized for its formality is stronger than ethical considerations. In addition, members of the committee are usually closed. At the same time, the role expected of ethical review that can address potential ethical issues is also increasing in information society. In this paper, we summarize issues of current ethical review and ethical committee after considering literature on them. Furthermore, we focus on cases in which ethical problems were recently noticed in the field of information society and examine the effect of ethical review. Finally, we propose “the ethics review committee 3000 problems” and two approaches to the problem. | |||||||
