| 内容記述 | VR 技術の進展やメタバースへの注目の集まりにより，法人業務での VR 空間の活用手法が模索されている．しかし，VR 空間での法人業務は会議などにとどまっており，事務的な活動は一度 VR 空間から出て行う必要があるなど現状は多くの課題点を抱えている．そのような中で，VR 空間で法律上の手続を行うことに関する検討を行い，民事訴訟法 228 条 4 項の適用可能性の検討を行うことで遠隔での電子サイン行為，すなわち VR 署名を行い，法人の所轄官庁から有効性を確認するなどの実践を行った．社員総会についても，特定非営利活動推進法及び内閣府ガイドラインに基づき VR 空間での開催を行った．また，VR 署名の応用について，複数の観点から検討を行った．当実践により，議事録署名に留まらない「VR署名」の利用の拡大が見込まれる． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Due to the progress of VR technology and the attention paid to the Metaverse, methods of utilizing the VR environments in corporate business are being explored. However, the corporate business in the VR environments is limited to meetings, etc.. and there are many problems in the current situation, such as the need to leave the VR environments once for administrative activities. In this context, we studied the applicability of Article 228(4) of the Code of Civil Procedure to legal procedures in VR environments, and conducted remote electronic signatures, i.e., VR signatures and confirmed their validity by the competent authorities of the corporation. The general meeting of employees was also held in the VR environments in accordance with the Law for the Promotion of Specified Nonprofit Activities and the Cabinet Office guidelines We also examined the application of VR signatures from several perspectives. This practice is expected the use of “VR signature” beyond the signature of minutes. | |||||||||
