| 内容記述 | Scratchはプログラミングを学ぶための環境として知られているが，同時にオンラインコミュニティとしての側面も持っている．しかし，教育関係者や保護者は子供たちがそこで行っている活動についてあまり関心を払っていない．2020年に始まった小学校プログラミング教育必修化にともない，Scratchの活用が広がると同時に問題も起こっている．本稿では，Scratchのオンラインコミュコミュニティについて，その歴史や活動内容，問題点について解説し，デジタルシティズンシップの視点から解決策を提案する． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Scratch is known as an environment for learning programming, but it is also an online community. However, educators and parents have not paid much attention to what their children are doing there. With the introduction of compulsory elementary school programming education in 2020, the use of Scratch is expanding, but at the same time, problems are arising. This paper describes the history, activities, and problems of Scratch's online community, and proposes solutions from the perspective of digital citizenship. | |||||||
