| 内容記述 | 本来、ＤＡＴ（ドパミントランスポーター）阻害作用を有しないＳＳＲＩであるエスシタロプラムを使用した基礎実験で、A１０神経刺激作用を有することが報告されている。然しながら、現在までその事実に対する理由は明確にされてはいない。そこで本稿では、その論理的背景について推察した。その結果、直接的な経路ではなく、セロトニン神経の細胞体樹状突起上の5HT1A自己受容体を介した間接的なドパミン遊離の増強が考えられた。 今後、ＳＳＲＩによるドパミン遊離の増強が、慢性疼痛疾患に対しても有効性を秘めている可能性がある。 |

| 内容記述 | Escitalopram is SSRI of having DAT (dopamine transporter ) inhibitory-action which is not. Having A10 nerve stimulus operation by the basic experiment which used Escitalopram is reported. However, until the present, a reason to the fact isn't made clear. At this article, it supposed about the logical background. As a result, it was not straight course and the reinforcement of the indirect dopamine isolation through the 5HT1A autoreceptor on the somatodendritic of the serotonin nerve was thought of. In the future, there is possibility that the reinforcement of the dopamine isolation by SSRI keeps effectivity to the chronic pain disease. |
