| 内容記述 | 本稿では，著者らがチームで支援を行った高機能広汎性発達障害が疑われる不登校の中学生女子の事例をもとに，発達障害のプラクシスについて考察した。不登校を主訴に支援を開始した本例は，プレイセラピーでの特異な様相から，発達障害の可能性が浮上した。そこで，再度アセスメントを実施したところ，高機能広汎性発達障害の疑いが濃厚であると判断された。そこで，本例の本態障害に基づく困難をターゲットとするSSTへと支援を移行させた。また，高校受験が近づく中，英語と数学の学習支援を加え，チームによる多角的支援として継続した。その結果，本例は無事希望高校への進学を決め，支援は終結に至った。本例の経過から，発達障害に対する的確なアセスメントの必要性，そして中学生特有の発達課題を理解した上で多角的な支援を行う重要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this article, we discussed “the praxis of pervasive developmental disorder”, based on a case of a junior high school girl in non-attendance school with high functioning pervasive developmental disorder (HFPDD). In this case, play therapy was applied at first. However, a re-assessment revealed that she was suspect for HFPDD. So, we introduced Social Skill Training (SST) instead of play therapy, and added educational supports for entrance examinations to high schools. As a result of these multiple supports, she passed the examination, and this case was closed. It was supposed that the importance of a precise assessment and multiple support with understanding developmental theme of junior high school students. | |||||
