| 内容記述 | 2020年の新型コロナウイルス感染症（以下 、COVID-19と略記）の感染拡大を受けて、静岡文化芸術大学（以下、本学と略記）では、学内の感染拡大防止と構成員の安全確保のため、大学構内への立入制限、遠隔授業の実施、諸行事の変更等の対応をとった。学生支援の分野では「全学生に対して漏れなく学修機会を提供すること」を最重要課題とし、SNSやWEB会議システムを活用した学生支援や窓口業務の遠隔化・電子化等に取り組み、平常時の業務の改善や非常時の対応能力の向上に繋がる経験を得た一方で、非常時の学生支援に関する脆弱性や課題が明らかとなった。本稿では、COVID-19に関する対応を開始した2020年1月から、大学構内への立入制限を解除した同年9月までの間の本学の学生支援の取り組みを報告し、同年7月に実施した緊急学生生活調査の結果等からコロナ禍が学生にもたらした影響を論述する。さらに、OVID-19に関する対応の経験を踏まえ、非常時における学生支援の課題として「大学IRと統合的な危機管理体制の構築」「組織と情報環境のレジリエンスの向上」「学生の危機管理能力の育成」の3点を提示する。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In response to the spread of COVID-19 in 2020, Shizuoka University of Art and Culture (hereinafter called SUAC) is working to prevent the spread of infection and ensure the safety of its members; restricting access to the university, shifting classes to online, and necessary changes are made to various events. In the field of Student Affairs, “to provide all students with learning opportunities” is the most important task. We support them through SNS and video conferencing platform and tried to reduce face-to-face contact by digitizing possible process. While gaining experience that will lead to improve student services and emergency response capabilities, vulnerabilities and issues became clear. In this paper, I will report on the student support at SUAC from January 2020 (when the actions against COVID-19 began) , to September 2020 (when restrictions on access to university campuses were lifted) . I will also explain the influence of the COVID-19 crisis on students from the results of the survey conducted in July 2020. Furthermore, based on the experience of the COVID-19 crisis, I would like to propose three points as follows: “to establish crisis management system with institutional research”, “to improve resilience of organization and information environment”, and “to develop students’ risk management skills”. | |||||||||
