| 値 | Chung-shan Ch'uan-hsin Lu is the work writed by Hsu Pao-kuang. He was the deputy envoy of Chinese mission arrived Okinawa ih 1719. That book has a preface dated 1721, and it is an important historical record on 18th century Okinawa. That book was printed in various editions, and they were classified into two kinds, that is original edition and revised edition. There are some important differences between two kinds of editions. Chung-shan Ch'uan-hsin Lu was printed at several times in Japan too. And all Japanese editions belong to the original editons. If the students on the history of Okinawa will rnake use of these historical re-cords, they need to take notice of the differences among various editions. |
