| 内容記述 | 本論文は、「特定非営利法人あいち福祉オンブズマン（代表水谷博昭弁護士）」ならびに、当該法人とオンブズマン契約を結ぶ「愛知・名古屋ふくしネットワーク」による「福祉メイト養成研修事業」および「福祉メイト派遣事業」を素材としながら、社会福祉における権利の守り手を育てるための視点を論じたものである。これらの事業を通して、福祉メイト研修生（以下研修生）および福祉メイトが、福祉サービスの提供を受ける利用者と、自然な人間関係を結んでいく過程を論じつつ、権利擁護の基本的な視点を明らかにする。 | |||||

| 値 | In this article, the author discussed a point of view for development of advocators for human rights in welfare. This is based on the experience of Welfare-Mate Workshops and Welfare-Mate Activities organized by the non-governmental organization, called Aichi Welfare Ombudsman as well as its partner organization, called the Nagoya Welfare Network in Aichi. The author considered how the participants of the workshops and the activities had developed genuine interpersonal relationships with the service receivers. As well, the basic point of view for human rights protections was identified. | |||||
