| 内容記述 | 放送大学では、学生が公開講座、スポーツ教室又は各種の社会体育等に参加することによって、体育実技の履修とみなしている。すなわち、本学の担当教員が直接学生に接することなく、学外の公的ならびに私的な機関に指導を委ね、学生から提出された単位認定申請書に基づいて単位を認めている。したがって、体育実技履修による学習効果については、確認がなされていないのが実情である。そこで今回、スポーツ教室等に参加することによって履修する放送大学体育実技によって、どのような学習効果が得られているのかを調査し、その利点や問題点について検討を試みた。 調査対象は、2004年3月に、体育実技1単位を修得した191名の中から無作為に抽出した100名である。調査用紙は、郵送にて2004年8月に配布し、同年9月末までに回収した。回収できた87名（回収率87％）の解答結果をDr.SPSS Windows Ver11.0を使用して統計処理した。 調査の結果から、以下のことが判明した。 1）体育実技履修者が日常的に運動を実施している割合は、きわめて高いものであり、放送大学での体育実技科目の履修を契機に、日常生活にスポーツを取り入れる例が多いことが推測された。 2）運動・スポーツの印象は極めて良く、体育実技履修によって、本学が求めている学習効果が十分野得られているものと思われた。 3）今後、体育実技履修方法について検討すべき課題として、以下の2点が考えられた。 （a）2単位まで履修を認めることはできないか （b）体育実技専用のテキストを作成できないか |

| 値 | In the Univ. of the Air, it is considered the completion of physical education in extension lecture, sport classrooms or various physical training, etc. by the participation of the student. That is to say, the full-tine teacher shouldn't contact the direct student, and the guidance is entrusted to extramural public and private organization, and the unit has been recognized based on unit recognition application which the student submitted. Therefore, the confirmation has not been made on learning effect by physical education completion in the actual circumstances. Then, what kind of learning effect had been obtained by the Univ. of the Air physical education taken by participating in sports classroom, etc. this time, was investigated, and the examination was tried on the advantage and problem. Research objects are 100 persons whom they extracted from the 191 inside which acquired physical education of 1 unit in March, 2004 in the random. The investigation paper was distributed in the mail in August, 2004, and it was recovered by the end of same year September. 87 possible recovered answer results are Dr.SPSS Windows Ver11.0 By using, it was processed statistically (the 87% recovery rate). From the result of the investigation, foilowing fact was proven. 1) The proportion in which physical education completion person daily carried out the exercise was very high, and it was guessed that there are many examples of introducing the sport into the opportunity for the daily life the completion of physical education subject in the Univ. of the Air. 2) The impression of exercise and sport is very good, and by physical education completion, the learning effect which we expect seems to have sufficiently been obtained. 3) As the problem which should examine future and physical education completion method, following 2 points were considered. (a) Isn't it possible to accept the completion to 2 units ? (b) Whether it can not make physical education exclusive use text. |
