| 内容記述 | 1924年の秋は、馬千里にとって、それまで4年にわたって続けてきた『新民意報』の刊行が、まさに終焉を迎えようとしていたときであった。そうした事態の中で、馬千里が次に希望を見い出し、取り組んだものが国民会議運動である。国民会議運動とは、孫文による「北上宣言」を直接の契機として始められ、1925年にかけて急速な盛り上がりをみせたことにより、「国民革命の先がけ」と評価されている運動である。本稿は、天津における国民会議運動が、どのように発起され組織されたか、運動が求めたものは何か、そこには如何なる特徴がみられたかなどを、「馬千里日記」を中心にしつつ、当時の時代背景とともに描き出したものである。またその過程で、孫文が果たした役割や、段祺瑞による善後会議との関係などについても言及した。 | |||||

| 値 | In the Fall of 1924, the newspaper Xin Min Yi Bao that Ma Qianli had been involved with for four years was about to cease publication. As Ma searched for new ways to pursue his goals, he became involved in the movement for a National Congress. The movement to establish a National Congress, which was touched off by Sun Yatsen's "Heading North" declaration, developed very rapidly in 1925, and it is often evaluated as a prelude to the National Revolution. This article will use material from Ma Qianli's diary to examine the nature of the National Congress movement in Tianjin-including the background of the movement, how it was organized, what goals it pursued, and whether there were special characteristics of the movement in Tianjin. The article will also explain the role Sun Yatsen played in the development of the movement, the relationship to the negotiations over national reconciliation promoted by Duan Qirui, and other issues. | |||||
