| 内容記述 | 社会の中で観察される「信頼」には、二つのタイプが存在する。個別信頼と一般信頼である。個別信頼とは、信頼する側と信頼される側との間に、明確なひとつの理由が存在する場合に立てられるものである。たとえば、ひとりの技術者が、機械の利用者の求めに応じて、故障した機械を修理する場合に、その持てる技術の故に、信頼性を獲得することができる。専門的な技術という明確な理由があるために、この技術者は信頼性を獲得することができる。 ところが、集団や組織の内部における信頼のあり方は、このような個別の理由で存在する訳ではない。複数の理由が重層的に織りなす構造を持っている。このような一般信頼には、どのような特徴があり、どのようにして成立するのだろうか。この小論では、企業家タイプの比較検討を通じて、リーダーシップ概念の比較の中に、この一般信頼の意味を追究したい。 |

| 値 | There are two types of “trust” observed in society. One is the particular trust and the other is the general trust. The particular trust is reached in the presence of one clear reason between a side to trust and a trusted side. For example, when one engineer responds for a mechanical user to ask and repairs the broken machine, trust can be acquired on account of the technology that it can have. Because there is the clear reason called a specialized technique, this engineer can get trust. However, within an organization or group, people do not trust each other by the individual reason. Trust has a structure in which two or more reasons are woven at multiple levels. What kind of characteristics does this general trust have? And, how does it be constructed? This paper investigates the meaning of this general trust in the comparison of the leadership concept. |
