| 内容記述 | 自律神経機能の調整手段としてのマッサージの効果について、近年の調査研究を再考した。その結果、発達障がいをもつ子ども達にとってマッサージは、1)自立神経の調整に役立ち、さらに攻撃的行動や対人関係に変化をもたらす、2)親(身近な大人)との情緒的絆を築く助けとなり、触れられることに耐えるといった基本的な自己コントロールの力をもたらす、ことが示された。そのことから、触れられる体験の必要性および緊張(警戒状態)からの回復という点で、発達障害を抱える子ども達に対する早期からの足裏マッサージは有効と考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The recent surveillance study on the effect of the massage as the adjustment means of the autonomic nervous function was reconsidered. As a result, the massage for children a) was useful for the adjustment of autonomic, and effects to relax the aggressive behavior and to have more flexible for the interpersonal relationship, b) became help that builds emotional bonds with parents (familiar adult) and brings the power of a basic self-control of enduring touching. Then it was proposed that foot back massage at the early stage to children with developmental disorder was effective in the necessity of the experience being touched and taking some of the strain for usual alertness off. | |||||
