| 内容記述 | 「戦後の図書館学教育と女性司書」として、鬼頭當子(きとう まさこ)への聞き取りによるオーラル・ヒストリーの研究を行った。鬼頭が、実践女子専門学校から、実践女子大学図書館、慶應義塾大学図書館学科、国際基督教大学図書館とすすみ、館長になるプロセスをおいながら、「結婚、出産と仕事」、「全面開架とサイン」「UTLAS、大学教育」などを聞き取ることにより、鬼頭の歩んできた道がライブラリアン一筋の生き方であると同時に、戦後女性の生き方であることを浮かび上がらせた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper presents the results of oral history-based on the research conducted through interviews withMasako Kito on the subject of postwar library science education and female librarians. During her career,Kito started out at Jissen Higher Specialized School and subsequently progressed to Jissen Women'sUniversity Library, Keio University Department of Library Sciences, and International Christian UniversityLibrary, and then she became the Director of ICU Library. In the interviews, she was questioned on suchtopics as marriage, birth and work, full open stacks and signs, and UTLAS and university education. | |||||
