| 内容記述 | This paper, Section 4 of the series ‘Picture Stories in Japanese Elementary School English Classrooms’ investigates the actual use of picture stories in classrooms, comparing 17 survey replies in Japan and a total of 21 in three English speaking countries, the US, Canada and Australia. Although the survey itself was small and English is a foreign language in Japan while it is mostly an additional language of the school-aged children in the other three countries, the results show extremely interesting insights about the use of picture stories in English classrooms, especially for younger learners in Japan. | |||||||||||
