The results showed that specialized training had a hierarchical structure and had become the \"foundation for dementia care\" due to its nationwide spread. Regarding specialized qualification systems, the certified nurse system was first established, followed by a specialist system certified by academic societies. Since a model project for a certified specialized qualification system for care workers was completed last year, and the system is expected to be established in the near future, these qualifications are thought to be the \"driving force for dementia care\". Training and qualifications for dementia care must lead to the provision of collaborative, efficient, and effective care in care settings.
