| 内容記述 | 介護老人福祉施設のあり方は,措置制度から契約制度へと変化し,「自立支援」や「在宅復帰支援」を求められるようになってきた.そのため,福祉施設においても機能訓練が重要視されるようになってきているが,実際の取り組みについての報告は少ない.本研究においては,我々が福祉施設で実施していた機能訓練の内容を調査し,福祉施設における機能訓練のあり方や今後の課題について検討した.我々は,入所者への機能訓練で,関節可動域訓練などの身体機能への訓練やポジショニングや環境調整などを実施し,職員への指導では,移乗動作などADLの介助方法について多く助言を行った.福祉施設における機能訓練は,対象者の身体機能・精神機能の維持のためのアプローチと日常生活の動作能力の維持や改善につながる介助方法や対象者の能力を引き出すための環境調整など,多様な視点からの関わりが重要であると考えられた. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Since the utilization of nursing home have changed from authoritative system to contract system, the "independence support" or "return-to-home support" to the residents is needed and functional training has become important at nursing home. However, there is little report about functional training approach at nursing home. In this study report, we examined the functional training at nursing home based on our practice and discussed its challenge in the future. At our functional training practice to the residents, physical function focused training such as range of motion exercise, and positioning and environmental adjustment were held. And we also directed to staff about care strategies at daily living activities such as transferring and others. About functional training at nursing home, it is important to approach from multiple view point, such as approach to maintain physical and psychological ability, care strategy to maintain or improve functional ability at daily living, and environmental adjustment to draw up subject's ability. | |||||||||||
