| 内容記述 | 本学理学療法学専攻では，2020年度より将来スポーツ分野での活躍を志望する学生を集めてスポーツサポートチームを創設し，2021 年度より活動の一環としてフェンシング部のサポートを行っている．本稿では，スポーツサポートチーム創設の経緯，フェンシング部へのサポートに対する準備や，選手へのフィジカルトレーニングの指導・提案，またメディカルチェックの概要について述べる．今後の課題としては，フェンシングの競技特性を十分に理解し外傷・障害予防に役立てること，本専攻学生の継続的な関わりを提供するための環境を整える必要性があげられる． | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The Department of Physical Therapy at Tohoku Bunka Gakuen University has been involved in the support of the fencing club team since the academic year 2021. In this paper, we describe our preparations for supporting the fencing club team including the physical training instruction, training menu proposals and the medical checks. In summary, understanding the characteristics of the fencing sport is needed to prevent fencing players from injuries. Moreover, it is important to create an environment in which the students of physical therapy department can continue to be involved as student trainers. | |||||||||||||
