However, the kind of support that teachers seek from physical therapists regarding students with multiple disabilities has not been examined. A questionnaire survey was conducted with the aim of clarifying the needs of teachers at special needs school from physical therapists’ support. As a result, teachers of special needs school regarded activities of physical therapists as outsourced support specialists in a positive manner, in particular, valued advice offered in terms of student’s physical function. They also suggested that training sessions be provided for information sharing and active utilization of physical therapists.
