| 内容記述 | Sherrie Levine is an artist representing American postmodernism. In 1981,she transformed a historic photograph,which was taken in 1936 by prominent photographer Walker Evans,Allie Mae Burroughs,the wife of a tenant farmer affected by the global depression,into a simulation art created based on the duplication technology that was popular in America in the 1980s. Through interactive perspectives of Allie Mae Burroughs, this paper highlights the fact that this production by Levine invites spectators to evoke a new interpretation exceeding the creator’s intentions. |
