This study, focusing on the personality and ego of employees, considers employee\u0027s mental health through exploring the relation between business organization and personality of their employees. Firstly, looking mental health from a standpoint of personality psychology, this article clarifies how important personality to be integrated. It also discusses the significance of ego as it organs the integration. Next, looking back on history of business administration, this article brings out how organization\u0027s response to the employee\u0027s personality has given momentum to harm his/her mental health.
