In such a situation, the government is taking the initiative in its work style reform. And, there are some company movements that will bring changes to a conventional Japanese employee style. For example, they are changes to job hunting rules and the lifting of side jobs. In addition, some presidents said that it is hard to keep lifetime employment. In this report, the author will consider the effects of work style reform and new movements of companies on female workers. First, the author extracts the problems that face female workers from previous studies. Second, this paper overviews circumstances of Japan\u0027s female workers from statistical data. Third, the author gets thoughts together such as the contents of law amendments as part of work style reform, the movements of companies and presidents\u0027 remarks. Finally, the study explores the future direction of employment systems in Japanese society.
