| 内容記述 | 本研究は本邦における男性同性愛者のHIV感染増加に関する心理的問題と性教育への課題を明らかとすることを研究目的とした．世界規模では日本のHIV感染者数，HIV新規感染者数ともごく少数である．しかし，その感染者数は男性同性愛者の性行為を中心に2000年～2011年にかけて増加傾向であるという問題を抱えている．同性愛者の精神健康度は異性愛者に比べ低い傾向であり，国内の男性同性愛者を対象とした研究では，同性愛者が精神健康度を良好に保つために教育機関における性教育の中で，同性愛についても肯定的な情報提供が必要だと報告している．しかし，教育機関での性教育は異性愛を前提として行われていることが現状であり，教育機関におけるその計画実施までに年月がかかるのは明白である．よって10代の男女に性教育を行っているNGOと男性同性愛者の地域ボランティア組織が連携し，セクシュアリティの考え方を見直す働きかけを行うこと，その活動内容を教育機関に発信し，同性愛者に対する問題とその対策をともに検討していくことが短期間で実現可能な方法である. | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the subject of MSM’s(MSM=Men who have sex with men) mental problems and sex education about the increase in HIV infection in our country. If it seen on a worldwide scale, the number of persons with HIV and the number of newly infected persons with HIV in Japan will be small. However, in Japan the number of infected MSM increased from 2000 -2011.Research on Japanese MSM, reports that it is necessary to affirm information about homosexuality in sex education in educational facilities in order that all people may keep good mental health. However, current sex education in educational facilities is performed on the assumption of heterosexuality being the social norm. It is clear that it will take years of planned implementation in educational facilities. Therefore, NGOs which provide sex education to teenagers and MSM local volunteer organizations need to cooperate, carry out information dissemination, and improve the view of different sexual orientations. Moreover, they should send the content of their activities to educational facilities to realize this change in a short period of time. | |||||||||||
