内容記述 | This painting was accepted for the first Nikaten exhibitioin held in October 1914(Taisho 3). The artist, Sogame Hirotarō(b.1889-d.1951), submitted six works including this painting and became winner of the first Nika Award. The other five works were Roof, Street, Afternoon, Riverside, and Window. However, the present work belonging to The National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo is the only work that can be located at present.
