| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to describe the role of judo-therapist’s office, named Sport Cure Center (SCC), based on the medical records. In general, many judo-therapist’s office visitors are elderly. Most of the SCC patients are athletes of the Nippon Sports Science University. There have been few reports on sports in-juries based on the medical records of judo-therapist’s office. Therefore, we analyzed the medical records of SCC and examined the role of SCC. In 2.5-years of study period, we identified 4,903 injuries in approximately 44,000 athletes. Bruise and muscle sprains were the most common type of injuries (42.8%), and lower extremity was the most frequent site of injury (55.9%). Most of the patients of SCC belonged to the track, soccer, and rugby clubs that are active on the same campus as SCC. The type and site of sports injuries were characterized by the type of sports. Our study on sports injuries can help coaches and trainers take appropriate strategies for the prevention of injuries. These results suggest that the role of SCC is not limited to providing first aid and rehabilitation to the injured university athletes; SCC has the provision to provide information on injury prevention according to the sports categories. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 一般的な施術所（接骨院や整骨院）の利用者は中高齢者が多い。これに対し，大学キャンパス内にあるスポーツキュアセンター横浜・健志台接骨院（以下，SCC）は，利用者のほとんどが大学のアスリートである。施術所の利用状況を基にしたスポーツ傷害に関する報告はほとんどない。そこで，SCCの利用状況を分析し，体育大学における接骨院の役割について検討した。調査期間は，平成27年10月27日から平成30年3月31日の約2年5ヶ月間とした。調査期間における来院件数は延べ43,994件で，新規患者数は2,108名であった。保険請求件数は延べ8,920件で，負傷部位件数は延べ4,903件であった。疾患別頻度は，挫傷50.0％，捻挫42.8％，打撲5.4％，骨折1.3％，脱臼0.4％，不全骨折0.2％であった。また，部位別頻度は，下肢は55.9％，体幹は25.6％，上肢は17.0％，顔面・頚部は1.5％であった。骨折，脱臼は，これまでの傷害発生報告と異なり少なく，捻挫，打撲，挫傷についてはこれまでの報告と同様に下肢の発生頻度が高かった。競技種目別にみると，競技特性に応じたスポーツ傷害がみられ，来院状況を監督やコーチ，トレーナー等に還元することでスポーツ傷害発生の予防に役立つ情報を提供できると考えた。これらのことから，アスリートを育成する大学内の接骨院の役割として，スポーツ傷害の応急手当や早期復帰を目指した施術の他，競技種目に応じたスポーツ傷害発生予防に関する情報の提供が重要であると考えた。 | |||||
