| 内容記述 | 吉見静江は，児童福祉法の成立と同時期に厚生省児童局保育課の初代課長となり，児童福祉法施行から『保育児童のケースワーク事例集』刊行に至る保育所の確立期に，12年間にわたり所轄課の課長で在り続けた。そのため，保育行政の源流をたどろうとすると，吉見静江の検討は不可欠である。吉見は，厚生省入職前に興望館セツルメントの館長を務めていた。このことから興望館セツルメントにおける保育事業での吉見の仕事を整理し，吉見が保育内容には口を出さずに，ソーシャルワークの技法を用いた利用者の主体性の尊重と子育て家庭の支援に専心したことを明らかにした。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Shizue Yoshimi became the first section manager of the nursery section in the Ministry of Health and Welfare children bureau. In the 12 years she worked on enforcing the Child Welfare Law, she always demonstrated leadership and conducted the affairs of the nursery school system concretely. Shizue Yoshimi was the key person in childcare administration. She worked for the Kobo-kan as a director before being employed at the Ministry of Health and Welfare. She did not interfere in contents of childcare while with the Kobo-kan or the Ministry of Health and Welfare. She also respected the independence of social workers with regard to using any technique in their work and supported a childcare family. |
