| 内容記述 | ヒメハルゼミの近畿地方における個体群産地を過去の利用可能な記録を含めて評価した．紀伊半島南部，淡路島南部，兵庫県西部・北部には多数の産地があるが，それ以外では社寺林に極めて局地的に分布する，または全く欠いているエリアもある．縄文時代からの森が現代まで途絶えることなく継続されてきた森において，ヒメハルゼミの個体群は存続してきた．古代以前の自然崇拝は現代では神社または寺院の形で受け継がれた．このような日本の伝統的宗教形態が深く関わっている． | |||||

| 内容記述 | The population localities of the cicada species, Euterpnosia chibensis chibensis（Matsumura, 1917） in the Kinki district are evaluated including previously available records. This species occurs within many localities in the southern regions of both the Kii Peninsula and Awaji Island, and the western and northern regions of Hyogo Prefecture. In other areas, the population is completely absent, or, distribution is patchy and isolated to religious sites such as shrines and temples. This cicada species has survived where forested regions from the Jomon period remain uninterrupted to the present day. The traditional Japanese religious form is deeply involved there and shrines or temples in modern times inherited the pre-ancient worship of nature. | |||||
