| 内容記述 | モントリオール五輪クレー射撃日本代表 麻生太郎 選手は、フリーランスで国家や組織に属さず自身が納得出来る仕事だけを請けて完璧にやり遂げる道に進むのではなく、地元飯塚の青年会議所に第二の人生を求め、個人競技からチームワークに転身することを実現された。国立大学を飯塚に誘致する活動に成功し、九州工業大学情報工学部の創設が大蔵省から認可されるなど若き日の実績がある。自民党宏池会に所属し、ご縁があり結婚もあり、総務大臣、外務大臣をつとめ、第92代内閣総理大臣となる。池田勇人通産大臣の当時の秘書官は、後の宮澤喜一副総理兼大蔵大臣であったが、消費税による財源確保と円高是正を重視する指針は、麻生太郎副総理兼財務大臣も同じく貫いた財政論であった。日本円と日本国債が信認される大切さと、長期的な円高圧力の背景・理由を知っている。ラムゼールールとアベノミクスを組み合わせる手腕が、第92代内閣総理大臣の財政論として確立された。ソート・リーダー（実践的先駆者）、ベスト・アンバサダー（最高の大使）として技を生かし、母の心を大切に、人間社会を結ぶため、市場関係者地域通貨、公債市場補完制度による財源確保の方法を提案することができる。 | |||||||||||

Therefore, in this study, the purpose of securing renewed finances is to allocate economic resources for desirable initial conditions in market competition, and there is a complement system of public bond market, which is composed of Nominated Advisor; NOMAD and Shijohkankeisha Exchange Trading System; SETS. It is important to consider a ratio of public debt to GDP. | |||||||||||
