内容記述 | Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has drawn increased attention from both academics and managers in Taiwan these years. Since it is getting increasingly clear that CSR policies and practices help firms develop favorable images and establish good relationship with their stakeholders, more and more Taiwanese corporations are now aware that there are real benefits to become socially responsible. In this paper, I would like to explore the framework and strategies of corporate social responsibility in Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), one of the representative companies in Taiwan.
