| 内容記述 | 第二次世界大戦後のドイツが国内外のユダヤ人・ユダヤ教に関して「贖罪」の態度を取り続けているのは言を俟たない。こうした中で、ドイツ国内のユダヤ人数は、1990年頃を境として突如急増する。これは旧ソ連に居住していたユダヤ人が流入したためであり、彼らはユダヤ人ではあるがナチスに迫害された者やその関係者とは限らない。この新しい状況のもと、ヴッパータール市バルメン地区にある、1934年にナチスに反対する第一回告白教会会議が開催され、いわゆる「バルメン宣言」が採択されたゲマルケ教会(ラインラント州教会所属)の敷地の一角に2002年、ゲマルケ教会および州教会の全面協力のもと、新たにユダヤ教のシナゴーグが建設された。このことをバルメン宣言と関連づけて評価する向きもある中で、これまでの「贖罪」モデルに加えたキリスト教とユダヤ教の新たな対話や共存の可能性について、ドイツにおける両者の社会的共存の現実を踏まえつつ、神学的および信仰的な交流の実態と理想とについて検討する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Since the Second World War, Germany has maintained a repentant attitude towards Jews and Judaism. Under these circumstances, around the year 1990, the number of Jews moving to Germany rapidly increased. This was because of Jews living in the former Soviet Union flowing into the country. These migrants were not necessarily people or relations of people that were once persecuted by the Nazis. Under this new environment, with the full cooperation of Gemarker Church (part of the Evangelical Church in the Rhineland) and other state churches, a new Jewish synagogue was built in 2002, in one of the corners of the grounds of the Gemarker Church. It was at this church that the Confessing Church opposing the Nazis gathered for the first time, and “The Theological Declaration of Barmen" was adopted. Some associate a build of the synagogue with the “Theological Declaration of Barmen" and appreciate it. Based upon this, this paper considers ways for Christianity and Judaism to coexist and how they can establish opportunities for communication, and looks at the reality and ideals of these two religious groups to socially interact. | |||||
