| 内容記述 | 本論の目的は、小学校における多文化共生教育の現状と課題を提示しつつ、理論的アプローチや社会実験を通じて、異なる言語的・文化的背景を持つ児童同士の相互理解を促進するための教育モデルを考案することである。筆者は、この「他者受容力」を育成していく教育プログラムとして「見立て遊び」を独自に考案し、実践した。検証作業を通じて、「他者受容力」を育成できる、より効果的で持続的な多文化共生教育プログラムのさらなる可能性を展望して結論とした。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to present the current situation and issues of multicultural education in Japanese elementary schools, and to devise an educational model to promote mutual understanding among children with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds through theoretical approaches and social experiments. One of them is an educational program that can enhance "the ability of the children to accept others." As such a program, the author has successfully devised "the figure drawing plays." the analysis of the social experiment’s results has led to the conclusion that by making this program a prototype can we develop a more effective and sustainable multicultural education program that may empower "the ability of children to accept others." | |||||
